Shipping information for Thymes orders within the United States is designed to provide clear expectations and reliable delivery options. Please allow four to seven business days for processing before your order leaves our shipping facility.
Orders are eligible for free standard U.S. Ground shipping when the product subtotal, after discounts and excluding shipping costs, reaches $20 or more. This offer applies only to standard shipping within the continental United States and is available exclusively for online purchases at www.thymeslife.it.com. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and does not apply to previous purchases or gift certificates. If a faster shipping option, such as Two-Day or Standard Overnight, is selected, the full freight charges will apply. Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed, so please double-check your information before completing your purchase.
For standard Ground shipping within the contiguous U.S., a physical street address is required, as we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped via UPS Ground or UPS SurePost generally take four to seven calendar days to process before leaving our facility. UPS SurePost combines UPS Ground handling with USPS delivery for the final leg to your address.
Two-Day shipping is also available to physical street addresses. Orders placed before 10:30 am Central Standard Time, Monday through Thursday, will arrive within two business days, while those placed after 10:30 am will arrive in three business days. For orders placed by 10:00 am on Friday, delivery will occur within two business days; orders placed after that time will arrive within three business days.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is available via UPS Ground, which typically takes 10–12 calendar days, or via Two-Day shipping. If your order includes Home Fragrance Mists, we will ship via UPS Two-Day Air, and any additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card. Customers in these regions may contact Customer Experience at 1-800-352-4071 for details regarding rates and restrictions. Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs $25, while Two-Day shipping is $35.
Orders sent to APO or military addresses must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes two to three calendar days, at a flat rate of $8. Some items, including Home Fragrance Mists, Eau de Parfums, Colognes, Pura Car Diffusers, and certain Oil Refills, cannot be shipped to these locations.
Thymes observes several holidays during which offices and the shipping department are closed, including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Orders placed on holidays or over the weekend are received on the following business day, and additional processing time of two to three days may be required for order confirmation.
